Fallout 3 Walkthrough (Modded) Part 225

An audio log leads me to Manchester Estate. There, I'll discover many things from before the Great War. This is the An Evening With Mr. Manchester mod.

Note: ENB replaces Reshade, Cinematech, Dynavision, and other visual mods. All the episodes from now on were recorded on a more powerful computer. I re-recorded some parts of my walkthrough as I was dissatisfied with the quality of some videos - episodes 210 to 238 - recorded with the older computer (low frame rate and pixelation).

Timestamps for you:

• 00:42 - The "Manchester - A Cordial Invitation" audio log. You get the audio after leaving Vault 101 for the first time.
• 01:12 - After the message box, a note called "Manchester - Current Thoughts" is added to pip-boy to keep track of things. A map marker will be added to the map.
• 02:47 - Fast traveling to Jury Street Metro Station. Raider may shoot you from the roof of the nearby building.
• 03:40 - Talon mercs may spawn behind the old diner.
• 04:42 - Heading south/southeast. I found some Enclave units on the way.
• 07:47 - Discovering the Manchester Estate.
• 08:18 - The elevator isn't working yet.
• 08:33 - Going upstairs. The walkway will collapse after I step on it. I jump from the pipe to the concrete structure.
• 09:30 - I take the "Note in a toolbox" from the broken stairs to the east. The note contains information on the power system.
• 10:47 - There's a small switch at the bottom of the table. It drops the Manchester Safe Key.
• 11:24 - The Manchester - Security Note and other items are in the safe. The note mentions a fridge.
• 12:20 - I use the broken stairs to jump on the rock below. The Fridge of the Privileged is the one mentioned in the note above. I must find the key.
• 12:38 - I need a key to open the fridge.
• 13:05 - A copy of Lying, Congressional Style is on the table, under a wooden crate.
• 13:15 - I jump on the rocks near the pipes to reach the ground.
• 13:51 - Checking the garage. Found some scrap metal and other items.
• 14:48 - I go east and around the Manchester Estate. The Generator Room door is locked, so I move to the trailer truck.
• 15:17 - Some ghost related to the little skeleton lying there (I could be wrong). The screen was supposed to be blue (like in Vault 106), but ENB messes up some screen space effects.
• 16:06 - Trying to figure out what to do. I eventually find the mailbox among the debris from the fallen walkway. The "Manchester - from a friend" note was inside.
• 18:30 - I go to Mr. Holfenstein's house to the northwest. It's not that one (18:43). The man's name is next to the door. Approach the door and take the Manchester - Holfenstein note and the Manchester Nuka Fridge Key on the doorstep. Ignore the interior, as it was added by The DC Interiors.
• 19:25 - Reading the message. It tells what to do.
• 23:50 - I go to that locked fridge and open it with that key. I take the Mr. Manchester Special Brew.
• 24:43 - I return to Mr. Holfenstein's home to deliver the Brew. I approach the door, and the message pops up.
• 25:43 - The "Manchester - I knew you would return" holotape is on the doorstep. The man's robots repaired the broken walkway, and he now wants to drink the Brew and rest. Also, the Generator Room is now open.
• 27:28 - I go upstairs and cross the repaired walkway. The "Manchester - Current Thoughts" note is updated when a reach the door.
• 28:52 - I go downstairs and enter the Generator Room.
