full sports, I'm ramsses and next I will bring you a new video where I will show you a difficult and advanced push-up routine to improve our pectoral muscles, back and shoulders I hope you like it and let's go with the routine.
Esta rutina me gusto porque tiene ejercicios los cuales tambiek fortalecen nuestros dedos y nuestros brazos individualmente, esto nos rive muchisimo ya que sabemos que normalmente tenemos un musculo mas desarrollado que otro, entonces esto nos permitira nivelarnos en este momento.
I liked this routine because it has exercises which also strengthen our fingers and our arms individually, this will help us a lot since we know that we usually have one muscle more developed than another, so this will allow us to level up at this time.
