Needlework Monday:let's crochet headband for my cousin

Hello again to the people of this community.Hope you all are doing well and enjoying good health. This time I decided to make q headband for my cousin. Actually my uncle invited my family over so I thought It would be nice to bring some gifts for my little cousins. So I decided to crochet headband because the hand made gifts are way more better and worthy than buying them simply. And also I am home and there is not a single place where I can buy the yarn.so I used to available colors and turned out so good.

material used

1- yarn
2- crochet hook
3- Tapestry needle 🪡

The process

First of all I made the chains of required length.Then I sc to make the base of band a bit thick.

Actually it was the flower pattern. I at first decided to use only two colors.But when I crochet the sepals it was not looking so nice.so I used the green ones.You can also see In the picture 😅 how I undo the process.

Then I made the petals. When I made the petals o realized how important it was to make green seplas. The flowers petals only includes the puff st( 5 dc in single st).

Then I made the last part.using the same yarn as base.
Then I crochet the straps of band.it only include making chains as long as you need them to be.
Then at the end I made cute Little flowers to make it look more detailed.

This was all about the process. Here are some final pictures. I could not make pictures of them wearing this because we went there at night. But believe me 🫠 it was looking so good.
