Hola querida comunidad de holus Lotus, espero que estén muy bien en continuo aprendizaje. Hoy les quiero compartir lo que fue mi asistencia al círculo de mujeres de este pasado sábado en la @posadabareenbare ( así la consiguen en Instagram). Después de 4 meses sin haber círculo de mujeres nos hemos reunido nuevamente. Con el tema a tratar lo masculino, el dinero y la energía sexual, temas de mucha relevancia en la vida todos , ligados y relacionados entre sí.

Será un sistema de 4 círculos dónde trataremos estos temas, con ejercicios, meditaciones y afirmaciones de acces que nos llevaremos para casa, poniendo a práctica durante un mes hasta el próximo encuentro.

Durante el encuentro hablamos de las creencias limitantes infundadas desde la niñez sobre el dinero. Todos tenemos algún programa limitante que es necesario reprogramar sobre el dinero. Conversando y definiendo el dinero en 3 palabras oímos a todas las mujeres del encuentro decir definiciones tanto positivas como tristes.

El dinero es : placer, vida, sexo, amor felicidad, trabajo, esfuerzo, sacrificio, preocupación, ansiedad entre otros, vimos como si es necesario reprogramarnos con este tema. Pues el dinero lo es todo y está en todo, gracias a él tenemos bienestar, podemos adquirir nuestros alimentos, podemos viajar, y un sinfín de cosas que nos generan bienestar.

Este encuentro es el primero de varios dónde trabajaremos estos temas, en un mes conversaremos sobre los resultados de realizar los ejercicios que nos enviaron a casa. En el círculo bailamos, meditamos y nos abrazamos fuertemente transmitiendole a cada mujer lo mejor de sí en el abrazo.

Meditamos hicimos unos ejercicios para crear energía que costa de girar hacia la derecha y luego a la izquierda, además de respirar en la matriz y en el corazón ( esto consiste en imaginar que se respira es la matriz y el corazón). Oímos la lectura de todos los atributos masculinos que trabajaremos durante el mes. Les voy a dejar una foto para que lo aprecian. Además de la afirmación “ el dinero llega a mi vida con facilidad, gloria y gozo” durante 21 dias repetír 100 veces.
