Me encanta participar de las iniciativas y más aún si es sobre nuestro bonito ecosistema de #Hive. Siento que muchas veces somos parte de un colectivo, pero no tomamos la correcta dimensión de tal envergadura. Y esta, es una oportunidad para analizar y contar nuestros puntos de vista.

I love to participate in initiatives and even more if it is about our beautiful #Hive ecosystem. I feel that many times we are part of a collective, but we don't take the right dimension of such a scale. And this, is an opportunity to analyze and tell our points of view.

Siento que unas de las habilidades que me gusta desarrollar, a través de diferentes maneras (lectura de libros, audiolibros, pódcast, seminarios, conocer historias inspiradoras, relacionarme con personas que suman), es escuchar y desde ahí, encontrar las respuestas, a través del poder de las palabras.

I feel that one of the skills I like to develop, through different ways (reading books, audiobooks, podcasts, seminars, knowing inspiring stories, relating with people that add up), is to listen and from there, find the answers through the power of words.

La pregunta a responder es, ¿Qué es Hive?

Créanme que cotidianamente me lo pregunto, porque tanto mis amigos, conocidos, parientes, familiares y otros, sé que se preguntan, a que me dedico. Sinceramente, no me preocupa, pero tales murmullos, me hacen reflexionar.
Y es por eso, que intentando reflexionar sobre dicha pregunta, lo planteo a través de un pódcast, que espero lo disfruten.
Primero hago un paralelo con la familia y me gustaría obtener sus comentarios, para reflexionar juntos.

The question to answer is, What is Hive?


Believe me, I ask myself this question on a daily basis, because I know that my friends, acquaintances, relatives, family and others wonder what I do for a living. Honestly, it does not worry me, but such murmurs make me reflect. 
And that is why, trying to reflect on this question, I raise it through a podcast, which I hope you enjoy.
First I make a parallel with the family and I would like to get your comments, to reflect together.

En segundo lugar, lo planteo como prepararse para correr una maratón. Correr una maratón, no es de todos los días, pero para concretarlo, debemos trabajar cotidianamente. Existen muchos puntos en común, con respecto a crecer en el ecosistema de #Hive.

Secondly, I think of it as preparing to run a marathon. Running a marathon is not an everyday thing, but to achieve it, we have to work on it every day. There are many points in common, with respect to growing in the #Hive ecosystem.

Tengo un poco más de un año en #Hive, y sé que tengo un montón por conocer todavía. Es un ecosistema que está en constante movimiento y eso es muy bueno realmente. Debemos todos asumir la responsabilidad, desde el lugar que nos toca y trabajar arduamente en pos de crecer en familia y pasar a la historia, como los pioneros en la construcción de la Web3.

I have a little over a year in #Hive, and I know I have a lot to get to know yet. It's an ecosystem that is in constant movement and that's really great.
