¡Hola a todos! Me llamo Opyavi y estoy emocionado de compartir mi experiencia al abrir mi primer paquete de cartas Pokémon. Todo comenzó en la Animecon 2023 en Argentina, donde tuve la suerte de recibir una carta de Furret junto con una tarjeta de la tienda. Esto despertó mi curiosidad y me hizo explorar el mundo de las cartas Pokémon.
En la convención, me di cuenta de la amplia variedad de paquetes de cartas Pokémon disponibles. Después de examinar cuidadosamente las opciones, decidí comprar un paquete de Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, principalmente porque tenía a Gyarados en la portada, ¡y Gyarados es simplemente genial! El costo fue de aproximadamente 7 dólares estadounidenses, lo cual no es precisamente económico debido a que las cartas son importadas, y vivir en Argentina a veces puede ser un desafío debido a los impuestos.
Después de varios días estresantes por asuntos personales, finalmente tuve la oportunidad de abrir el paquete y grabar un breve video para compartir mi emoción con todos ustedes. Investigué los precios de las cartas en Cardmarket, aunque estaban en euros, me pareció el lugar más confiable para tener una idea de su valor.
Siempre he tenido el deseo de abrir uno de estos paquetes, no solo por la emoción de descubrir qué cartas se encuentran en su interior, sino también porque soy un gran fanático de Pokémon. Me quedé en la época de los primeros 150 Pokémon y aún recuerdo el Pokerap con nostalgia. La serie ha evolucionado tanto desde entonces, y estoy emocionado por la posibilidad de obtener nuevas cartas y descubrir a los Pokémon más recientes. ¡Espero que disfruten de este viaje conmigo mientras abro mi paquete de cartas Pokémon!

It was a serendipitous encounter that set the stage for what would be a memorable experience in the world of Pokémon trading cards.
As I explored the convention, I couldn't help but notice the diverse array of Pokémon card packs available, each boasting its own unique charm and promise. After some contemplation, I made a decision that would forever cement this day in my memory – I purchased a pack from the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet collection. Why, you may ask? Well, the captivating image of Gyarados gracing the pack's cover was simply irresistible, drawing me in with its legendary allure. The price for this pack was approximately 7 USD, a reflection of its status as an imported commodity. This high price point is partly due to the intricate fiscal landscape in Argentina, making such hobbies a bit more of a financial commitment.
After enduring a series of tumultuous and stressful days, juggling personal matters and obligations, I finally found the tranquility to embark on the task I'd been eagerly anticipating. Armed with my camera, I carefully unsealed the pack, ensuring that every moment was captured to share with all of you. To gauge the value of the cards within, I turned to Cardmarket for reference. While the prices were listed in euros, it served as a reliable gauge of their market worth.
I've held a long-standing desire to unbox one of these packs, not solely for the exhilaration of discovering the hidden treasures inside, but also because of my unwavering passion for Pokémon. I've remained faithful to the original 150 Pokémon and can still recite the iconic Pokerap with nostalgic fondness. The Pokémon universe has evolved significantly since those early days, introducing new species and exciting adventures, and I couldn't be more thrilled about the prospect of obtaining fresh cards and encountering the latest additions to the Pokémon family.
