God is concerned about what we wear, the children of God in the true church of God has to be careful about their outward appearance as well as the inner appearance.
Our appearance is what makes us different from other men
2corinthians 4:16 For which cause we faint not, but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
The outward man is the flesh while the inward man is the spirit.
2cor4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Math7:15 says beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
There are some humans who appear like a man outwardly but their inner nature is a beast, imagine a father raping his own child that is a beast nature.
Prov26:11 As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.
AS humans, we are the creature of God and we have been giving dominion over every other creatures of the world.
There are men who also have a manly nature both inside and outside

How do you identify a man who still has a good nature within

Romans 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man.
You do not lie, you do not kill, you do not commit adultery, you do not hate your wife.
Ps40:8 I delight to do they will, o my God, yea, thy law is within my heart.
We have to be grateful first to God and then to those who have contributed to our growth in one way or another
