I am happy with the theme of the week which is "Emotion". There is no right or wrong way to express your emotion because we have different ways we deal with things individually, be it love or loss of a loved one. We have different ways we deal with things and we allow the emotion to flow in different ways. Emotion is about being expressive and not just bottling things up, be it love or grief.

Let the emotion flow... Through your eyes... Through your words... Through your actions... Through your veins and blood... Just live. There is this quote I live by that I love so much and it says: "There was a man who never laughed or played, he never cried, he never danced or played. One day, he died and his insurance was denied for they claimed he never lived so they said he never died."

Letting our emotions flow is part of living.
