Cada vez estoy más cerca de mis compañeros, más temprano que tarde, estaré al día. El resumen de hoy, es desde el día 51 hasta el día 60. Sigo a mi ritmo, realizando mis burpees poco a poco. Tengo fe de que pronto voy a igualar a mis compañeros, esa es la meta, porque cada vez se pone más exigente el reto y si sigo pasando los días, se me puede complicar todo.

Continuo mis sesiones de burpees en series, con descanso aproximadamente de 40 segundos hasta 1 minuto. Estoy casi en el ritmo que tenía cuando inicié, pronto sé que tendré más resistencia, voy a aumentar los días por hacer, veremos cómo me va.
