Cooking Chicken in village traditional style

How are you all hope you are doing well today I bring an interesting chicken recipe that is chicken with light I will cook complete rustic and traditional train hope you all will like it.

First of all I bought a big size chicken from the market and I am going to cook it almost like Hafeez. Today I am in front of you so first I cut the chicken and cleaned it well and washed it.

Necessary ingredients:

• Chilli powder Half spoon
• Turmeric powder White spoon
• Salt as much as usual I ordered
• Ginger
• Garlic paste One cup
• Cardamom Cinnamon Bay leaves as much Chilli
• Cumin powder

Process of cooking :

• First after I add all the spices I mix it well with the chicken as you can see in the video I try to mix it very well so that the spices don't penetrate every bit of the chicken it won't test. This should be done so that the spice can fully penetrate every part of the chicken.

• Then I put onions and oil in a pan and fry the onions well and after frying after a while I add the mixed chicken and cook it for about 10 minutes and from there I add the light and there is like I cooked it with water and after half an hour I was done.

• Then I finished the cooking slowly and see I tried the chicken with khichuri and it was very good as lunch. Please comment how you liked the cooking.
