Hola queridos amigos Jewelry estoy muy contenta de poder compartir mi pasión con ustedes, cuando empece en Hive no imaginaba que hubiese un lugar para compartir lo que hago que son las manualidades, bisutería, artesanía entre otras habilidades que desarrollo, por ahora me ha gustado mucho compartir aquí la elaboración de collares y pulseras, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir un collar más elaborado me encantó el resultado y espero que a ustedes también.

• Argollas de bisuteria.

Step-by-step procedure:

Procedimiento paso a paso:

The first step was to measure and cut the piece of Blue jeans, taking into account a width of 18cm I drew on the Blue jeans the shape I wanted to give to the choker to make the base of our necklace, after tracing the model I proceeded to cut with the scissors.

El primer paso fue medir y cortar el retazo de Blue jeans, tomando en cuenta una anchura de 18cm dibuje en el Blue jean la forma que quería darle a la gargantilla para hacer la base de nuestro collar, después de trazado el modelo procedi a cortar con la tijera.

The second step was to start fixing the stones for this I folded the Blue jeans in half and started to fix the leaf charm to start shaping the design I had in mind, then I was baking each stone to the blue jeans first from left to right and then the other half, once the stones were baked in the Blue jeans and our necklace had shape.

El Segundo paso fue empezar a fijar las piedras para ello doble el Blue jeans a la mitad y empecé a fijar el dije de hoja para empezar a dar forma al diseño que tenía en mente, luego fui cociendo cada piedra al blue jeans primero de izquierda a derecha y luego la otra mitad, una vez cocidas las piedras en el Blue jeans ya nuestro collar tenía forma.

The third step was to open some small holes on each upper side of the base of the necklace, I measured so that they were equal and cut with the scissors, these small holes were used to hold the chain that completes the necklace.

El Tercer paso fue abrir unos pequeños orificios en cada lado superior de la base del collar, medi para que quedaran iguales y pase a Cortar con la tijera, estos orificios pequeños servieron para sujetar la cadena que completa el collar.

The fourth step was to measure and cut two pieces of chain of 14 cm each, in the fifth step add the small rings at one end of each chain, likewise place the brooch and the larger rings at the other end of the chain.

El cuarto paso fue medir y cortar dos pedazos de cadena de 14 cm cada una, en el quinto paso agregue las argollas pequeñas en uno de los extremos de cada cadena, así mismo coloque el broche y las argollas más grandes al otro extremo de la cadena.

The sixth step was to glue the bias binding all around the edge of the Blue jeans, I did it with a sewing machine with zic zac stitching to finish and prevent the Blue jeans from fraying over time, I chose red to bring out more color to the stones and make a good combination. I also sewed with red thread the small holes in the upper part of the base of the necklace, I made them as buttonholes to prevent the Blue jeans from fraying.

El sexto paso fue pegar el sesgo por todo el borde del Blue jeans lo realice en máquina de coser con costura zic zac para rematar y evitar que el Blue jeans se deshile con el tiempo, lo elegí color rojo para sacarle más color a las piedras y hacer una buena combinación. Así mismo coci con hilo rojo los orificios pequeños de la parte superior de la base del collar, los hice tipo ojal para evitar que se deshile.

The seventh and last step was to attach the chains that I had already assembled with the brooch and the fastening rings in the eyelets that I made at the base of the necklace (the Blue jeans fabric), so I finished my design, I was satisfied with what I had done, it was as I imagined it.

El séptimo y último paso fue sujetar las cadenas que ya había armado con el broche y las argollas sujetadoras en los ojales que le realice a la base del collar ( la tela Blue jeans), así culmine mi diseño quedé satisfecha con lo realizado, fue como lo imaginé.
