Eyecare Series - Instilling Drops in the Eye

So guys,

Today i decided to quickly take you through how to instill eye drops within the eye and i had
to share this because a lot of my patients seem not to be doing it in the right way that would
make things easier and comfortable for them.

And so i gave it a try and i do hope that it helps a someone out there. Do forgive my appearance
of crying, it was the drops and i simply couldn't locate my tissue but there was no way that was
gonna keep me from sharing with you so.

Please remember that instilling eye drops is best done with the aid of another for ease and comfort,
however if you have to do it by yourself, it would be advisable to do it infront of a mirror to guide you
so you do it right. Remember, the lower fornix is a better place as compared to the cornea.
