Things have been crazy, to say the least, especially with the U.S. Holidays, as well as other life things going on….

As I was creating my video today, I noticed how tired I looked & how run down I am feeling at the moment. Since I am someone who loves to create content as often as I can (whether it’s a video or a blog), I tend to ignore how exhausted I am getting & think it’s just a matter of getting some sleep or eating a good meal, then I will be good…

While these things are definitely important & have their place, it dawned on me I am serving from an empty cup. This prompted me to make the decision I mention in the introduction….

Serving from a full (or fuller at least) tank is so important & advise many people to do this. So, it’s time to take my own advice as well. :) I won’t be gone for long, though, & will come back better than ever….

I think Timmy is on to something with those cat naps …. ;)
