In the video we are going to find a biceps and triceps workout using Rich Piana's method, to define the muscles of that area, 3 sets x 60 biceps and 3x100 triceps.

Greetings to all My name is Nahu Padilla, user @nahupuku, And this is the PKM, the community of workouts this day today I am doing home workouts with my dumbbells, I am doing a routine. this day of arms of Rich Piana who was a bodybuilder who gave many advanced routines of exercises in the Gym, in this case I am doing for biceps and triceps (feeder workout) to pumpear the muscle. So first I do 60 reps of biceps in Hammer and then I do in plank lying down I do some triceps which is called Skull. I hope you like this routine and you can do it at home if you have dumbbells ranging from 9 lbs to 15 lbs depending on the weight you handle. Although the best is between 9 and 10 kg because it is already the last workout of the night before going to sleep, it should be noted that this exercise is done at home after being in the gym, I was early in the gym doing my normal routine, and when you get home you do this special routine, as you can see, this is one of the dumbbells, here I have the pair, and with these is that I will perform the exercises for the arm, this exercise lasts about a month of doing it, daily.
