PukuGreetings to all my pukufriends. I present you this new music video recorded at PukuEstudio titled: "Hive Music Festival - Week N°67 - Round 1 - "Faster than Lightspeed" - @nahupuku (Original Song)", which I recorded with my drums. I hope you like it. Blessings.

The drums as I have explained before, is a musical instrument that I am passionate about, so I want to make many different types of fusions, in this case playing accompanied by a totally electronic experience, generated by my own hand, that is, first recording a theme, a sound and then using that sound to create many atmospheres and ethereal, spatial sounds, quite creative and interesting but very much out of a science fiction movie. The MIDI technology coupled with using DAW Reaper and thousands of classic synthesizer instrument emulators makes this combination unique, I mean, like what I do, there is nothing else like it in the world. It is really a form of conceptual art a bit complex and complicated to explain in a few lines but I always say that it is like painting, I make the parallelism between a canvas and my editing program and how both disciplines merge, performance and sound installation that, in this case, becomes my unique sound sculpture drums in the world.

Therefore, these musical fusions are so important to me, because there is nothing like it, literally, and everything is created in one shot and for Hive and this contest, it is not something that should be taken lightly, nor is it a cover, respecting very much all the musicians who bring their own compositions or great artists and put their stamp on it, their passion, their personality, that is also admirable, but in my case, even being misunderstood, I am happy that, I do what I like and create something new, that could work as a sci-fi movie or video game soundtrack, and in the same way, create such unique and rare atmospheres that by itself works as a work of conceptual sound-plastic art.

La batería como bien he explicado con anterioridad, es un instrumento musical que me apasiona, por eso quiero realizar muchos tipos de fusiones diferentes, en este caso tocar acompañado de una experiencia totalmente electrónica, generada por mi propia mano, es decir, primero grabando un tema, un sonido y luego usando ese sonido para crear muchas atmosferas y sonidos etéreos, espaciales, bastante creativos e interesantes pero muy sacados de una película de ciencia ficción. La tecnología MIDI sumada a utilizar el programa DAW Reaper y miles de emuladores de instrumentos sintetizadores clásicos hace que esta combinación sea única, es decir, como lo que yo hago, no hay nada igual en el mundo. Es realmente una forma de arte conceptual un poco compleja y complicada de explicar en pocas líneas pero siempre digo que es como pintar, hago el paralelismo entre un lienzo y mi programa de edición y como de que manera se fusionan ambas disciplinas, el performance y la instalación sonora que, en este caso, viene a ser mi batería escultura sonora única en el mundo.

Por lo tanto, estas fusiones musicales son tan importantes para mi, ya que no existe algo igual, literalmente, y todo es creado en una sola toma y para Hive y este concurso, no es algo que se debería de tomar a la ligera, tampoco es un cover, respetando mucho a todos los músicos que semanalmente traen sus composiciones propias o de grandes artísticas y le colocan su sello, su pasión, su personalidad, eso también es admirable, pero en mi caso, aun siendo incomprendido, estoy feliz de que, hago lo que me gusta y creo algo novedoso, que pudiese funcionar como un soundtrack de pelicula sci-fi o de videojuegos, y del mismo modo, crean unas atmosferas tan únicas y raras que por si misma funciona como una obra de arte plástico-sonora conceptual.
