Today evening I had some Pakora made of cabbage and I would like to share with you, as it is easy to make and good for your health.
Of course, your tummy would not be hungry for the evening snacks.
Take a portion of cabbage slice (as required) and mix it with a little potato slice. I have taken one forth cabbage and a small potato as it would be only for a couple of people.

These thin slices of cabbage, potato, and bit onion I have mixed with a little cornflour, salt (as like), flour a little to make the mixture bit sticky as shown in the vlog.

The oil should be warm enough to fry the Pakora well and delicious, when it turns brown you may remove the Pakora from the hot oil.
That is it! It took me around 20-25 minutes to do all these procedures. Experts might make it by 10.

It is easy, delicious, and good for health so you could go for it for a quick bite or evening snacks. Remember to heave them warm, just after a couple of minutes out of oil (you would get the best test).

Thanks Everyone! Have a great weekend!
