A great way to use those small petite potatoes. One of my all-time favorite potato recipes. And air fryer smashed potatoes are super easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started!
Ingredients:
5 to 6 petite potatoes (Yukon gold, red, purple) The size of a golf ball is a perfect size.
Cooking oil or butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Water for boiling
