In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt, I will show you how to make peach cobbler. I love it when peaches are in season! It means it is cobbler time. This homemade peach cobbler recipe is really easy to make, if I can make it you can make it. Let's get baking!
Peach Cobbler Ingredients:
1 cup of All Purpose Flour(128g)
2 cups of Sugar (450g)
1/2 cup of unsalted butter (115g)
1 cup of milk (250mL)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
3 tsp of baking powder (12g)
5 to 6 medium peaches
1 lemon (for juice, 1 tbsp, zest)
a few pinches of cinnamon
a few pinches of nutmeg
Makes about 8 servings.
