Aquello de reservarnos la tragedia es lo común y ocurre en demasiados casos, preferimos omitir, ante los demás, esa parte oscura de nuestra historia. Es normal pensar que podemos con la carga, pero el tiempo hace mella sobre el peso que cargamos y, a veces, es mejor confiar en otra persona para que nos ayude a liberarnos.

Este mensaje motivador es sobre eso, porque puede que con palabras sencillas, nuestro subconsciente comprenda lo que sabe que debe de hacer y que por alguna razón se niega a dejar ir.

Keeping the tragedy to ourselves is common and happens in too many cases, we prefer to omit, in front of others, that dark part of our history. It is normal to think that we can handle the burden, but time takes its toll on the weight we carry and sometimes it is better to rely on someone else to help us free ourselves.

This motivational message is about that, because maybe with simple words, our subconscious understands what it knows it should do and for some reason refuses to let go.
