HiveOpenmic week 181|| "Your love is more than Gold" by Ccioma Cover by @mhizerbee

Greetings everyone in the HiveOpenmic community. I am glad to be on your screens again this week, week 181.

I am @mhizerbee. For this week with the theme "Fire of love", I will be doing a cover of the song Your love is more than Gold by Ccioma. Enjoy and have fun.

When I first saw this week's theme about few weeks ago, I was happy, you know why? it is because it has to do with Love 😂.

Do not look at me like that please, I mean who doesn't like love? 🙄 We all want to love and be loved 🥰

So, I had prepared quite a few songs to render but somehow when this week came, I had to change it to a gospel song which talks about the love of God towards man.

Love is a strong, intense, feeling and affection for something or someone.

While

Fire has to do with burning passion.

Now, joining the two words together, I may say that Fire of love is a burning passion/desire for a strong, intense and affection for something or someone 😀 I guess I tried with the definition.

The song I have just rendered talks about the love of God towards man and that his love is more than anything and even more than gold.

God through his son Jesus Christ, demonstrated love by dying on the cross of Calvary for me and for you.

There's absolutely no one on planet who would have done that for you and me, not even our parents.

His burning passion and desire for the souls of his children made him take all the shame, torture, mockery, and everything they did to him so that we (you and I) might live and be free from what he passed through on the cross.

God's love is unconditional. I'm sure that if it were to be a man, he or she wouldn't have done that for us. Even if it were to be possible, there would have been conditions attached to it.

God is not like a man. His ways are not the ways of man. His love is higher than our minds can know, deeper than the oceans and greater than the cause of sin.

That is why even when we go astray and even when we go contrary to his precepts and we don't do what he has commanded us to, still, his love is great towards us.

His love has taken all our guilts and shame. His love assures us that he'll never leave and under his arms we are hid. What manner of God he is.
