Hello, music community! Today I will be doing a song by Lewis Capaldi "Before You Go". This is my first time posting in this community, and I'm so excited.

Most times we listen to songs without listening to the lyrics, and what the writer is trying to say. I do that too sometimes.
Since the very first day I heard this song, I fell in love with it. ( call it love at first sight))hahaha. I've listened to this song many times, but I didn't pay attention to the message.

Trying to kill one's self isn't the way out. Think about the people around you. I've heard the saying put yourself first, but in life we don't always have to come first.

This song was about his Aunt who committed suicide.
Hard times are part of life. You would never know what the other person is going through, because they wear a big smile every day, and laugh like there's no tomorrow, we feel we have the most problems and the other person doesn't.

we feel we're the only ones carrying the weight of the whole world on our shoulders, and suicide is the only way to let go of that burden.

No! Suicide isn't the way out.

No! You're not alone, they're people who care for you and would go to any length just to see you happy.

No! Everyone is going through a phase in their life, either good or bad

No! Good days don't last forever, nor the bad days

Yes, I know we wish we could live a happy life every day, but what is life without challenges? Problems?

Killing yourself isn't the way out.

Just know they're people who love and care for you no matter the storm. They might not show it or even say it, but people care.

We all Live to die, death is inevitable.
committing suicide, and cutting your life short isn't the solution. The world needs you, your beautiful smile, and your kind heart.

I know how hurtful it is to lose a loved one because I've lost some people who were so dear to me to the hands of death.

Sometimes you ask yourself if there was something you could've done to save that person.
