Good day everyone. This is Vol 34 of the vlog series which is centred on improving us, as I will be talking on fantastic topics in the business or finance section or will talking on motivating issues that will inspire you to success. This series will be educative, informative and inspiring, so do well to follow me, as I will be releasing vlogs on a daily.

Today's topic is a continuation of an amazing series which is "Improving Your Networking Skills As A Businessman" which started on Vol 32. I will be talking about one superb tip which will help you improve your networking skills and it is;

• Human Connection: Human connection is very important in improving your networking skills as a businessman. You need to be able to have that connection with your networks, so they don't feel you don't care about them and are trying to use them. You need to approach your networks in a friendly manner and not a formal manner. You need to make them feel as though they are having a friend in you. You shouldn't fake it, because if you don't really care about them, you will still miss the human connection in the long run. You need to show that you care about them. Instead of asking about work-related stuff in your initial conversation, try to dive in with a different conversation that is personal to your potential network. Like, "I like your accent, where did you grow up?", "That shoe complements your outfit, what's the brand name?" "Are you also a football fan, I support Manchester United, which club do you support?" These are interesting topics, that will make your potential network open up to you greatly. For instance, he might answer the last question and say, "I'm an Arsenal fan", then you laugh at him and say, "Which century would you guys lift the UEFA Champions League?" That's an awesome reply, which will make your potential network laugh and try to argue with you. You guys are creating a bond there and that's human connection. You need to create an impression by making your potential network laugh because that will make them remember you and get fond of you if you guys meet again. I will leave you guys with a quote from Porter Gale, which says;
