Dad and Son Posing Practice

If you have been following along over the past few months you maybe aware that I am competing in a natural body building competition which will be held this weekend coming! I am super pumped it has been a long way to travel to get to this point and I have been practicing posing something I need more work in.

Fortunately I will be in the first timer's category and will be competing with other people who have been participating for the first time. One of the things I have been doing to practice is running old ICN competition videos of the category I will be competing in and listening to the presenter call out the poses.

I been doing this repetitively and filming myself doing them to get better at it. I am slowly getting better and hopefully I will be good enough to compete and win a medal on the day. The top 3 places win a medal so fingers crossed for me.

My son has also been watching me practice and, by the looks of things has really learned how to pose and decided to get in on the action with me the other day.

I didn't realise he was posing alongside with me and thought he was only just sitting there board watching me. It wasn't until I replayed the clip that I noticed he was also doing the poses and with good detail too mind you.

The clips been quite fun to watch and I thought I would share it with everyone here who knows he might be a future gold medallist and go on to have a successful career in body building.

Me on the other hand, I am still trying to grow my business selling Aussie manufactured supplements and it is starting to pick up slowly.
