Introduction to the hive ecosystem in the Sucre-Venezuela state library network and culture director

Greetings, these last few weeks, my life and that of my colleagues of #lacasitahive, have become a whirlwind without rest, for those who do not know we have more than a year dedicated to explain to the people of Cumana State Sucre-Venezuela that means #hive and how to work with this wonderful ecosystem, that has been part of my life for almost three years, and that has become something of vital importance in my life, at first we started with our family and friends, then our colleagues of studies and work, and now we are dedicating ourselves to the rest of the population.

Despite having so much time doing this, it is only now that I have taken the trouble to spread it, but I will confess something I never ever imagined the revolution and gunpowder that would arise, as they say here, because since we started about three months ago, in the chair of the foundation Arte & Opera, we never thought the impact that these talks would have, first we were contacted by friends of the coral Polifonica of Sucre-Venezuela state, and we worked with them until yesterday, and I must say that it was quite different experience because of the generation gap, but I was delighted to see the motivation and interest provided by each of the attendees to these three talks that we had, and we worked with them until yesterday, and I must say that the experience we had was quite different because of the generation gap, but I was delighted to see the motivation and interest shown by each of the attendees to these three talks we gave in that place, and the vast majority of them opened their accounts yesterday and are close to post their first publication, which fills us with satisfaction and in others like the friend @muellero52 who already made his first publication.

Then we had an incredible surprise when we were contacted by none other than the director of culture of the state of Sucre-Venezuela in conjunction with the head of the network of public libraries throughout the state of Sucre, to take these talks to their staff, and of course we accepted, #lacasitahive will always be willing to take the little or much knowledge we have about the #hive ecosystem wherever they ask us to do so.

At the time I arrived at the place I could see that the attendees were a little incredulous and curious to know what it was about, which made me think that the audience would be somewhat hostile, nothing further from reality, as it turns out that the attendees at the end of the talk or conversation as I like to say, were extremely interested, which gave rise to the round of questions, which incidentally caught our attention a lady present, who told us that she was refused to attend this talk because her son felt scammed because some people dared to charge him $ 5 to create his #hive account and supposed advice, and that after creating the account, he and a group of 12 people, were summoned the next day for help and that already two months ago and they have never said anything, which set off the alarm bells for us.

I found it incredible that there are people who want to profit in this way, also using the blockchain, this committed us to move forward with our project #lacasitahive, where without any resources, more than our desire, we are determined to continue working to achieve the massification of the use of the #hive ecosystem, we know that our state Sucre-Venezuela has a population of approximately 1.400,000 inhabitants who mostly still do not know about this blockchain, we know that the work is hard and not easy, but we are willing to continue showing all the benefits that gives us this ecosystem and all its platforms to develop as people, or as I always say this ecosystem helps you discover who you are, helps you show those capabilities that we have and I'm sure few know they have them.

During this talk at the public library in the city of Cumaná- Sucre state-Venezuela, it was my turn to do the closing, where I simply had to make the invitation to those present to get started in this beautiful ecosystem, which as I said to me has made me grow as a person, it has made me discover that I am capable of much, that in this blockchain I can learn and continue to learn daily, because I certainly do not know them all, but we tell everyone that we are willing to show them the initial path, we give them the basic tools, and we will guide them to create their accounts, to make their publications, and above all to prevent them from making major mistakes within the ecosystem, and there is the greatest emphasis placed.

This talk yesterday was only the opening of the mouth to what is coming, because it was only the presentation of the ecosystem to the people of the network of public libraries in the state of Sucre-Venezuela chapter: Cumaná and likewise the direction of culture of the state Sucre-Venezuela, which by the way we are quite grateful to the friend Liliana Vargas(@soyliliena) director of culture of the state Sucre-Venezuela and the friend Rafael Hernández(@palabreador) for being present in the place and dedicate us some beautiful words both to the attendees, as to the team of #lacasitahive.

The work ahead of us is quite a lot since we are going to be in the different municipalities of the state of Sucre- Venezuela (15) in total in this series of talks with the direction of culture, which I find incredible that we have been able to achieve, because until now no one had given us the support, even on many occasions we have had to walk from our homes to the place where we have to give the talks, and we do it because we really love what we are building, and we are willing to continue working to achieve the massification of the #hive ecosystem in our state and beyond, because we are convinced that before talking about #hiveadoption it is necessary to massify and consolidate the #hiveadoption.

Another important point to highlight is the fact that we also have the presence of the regional television channel called Nvh, which in addition to its transmissions throughout the state, also reaches the whole world through the social networks of the web 2.0 such as Instagram @nvhnoticias.

The day was quite enjoyable, and above all it made me understand that we are on the right path, because we are doing the work from the heart and without any kind of interest, we keep working, because as our motto in #lacasitahive says: "#Hive for a long time is ready for the people, and from #lacasitahive, we are preparing people for #hive."

Saludos, estas últimas semanas, mi vida y la de mis compañeros de #lacasitahive, se han convertido en un torbellino sin descanso, para los que no lo saben llevamos más de un año dedicándonos a explicarle a la gente de Cumaná Estado Sucre-Venezuela que significa #hive y como trabajar con este ecosistema maravilloso, que forma parte de mi vida desde hace casi tres años, y que se ha constituido en algo de vital importancia en mi vida, en principio iniciamos con nuestros familiares y amigos, luego nuestros compañeros de estudios y trabajo, y ahora nos estamos dedicando a el resto de la población.

A pesar de tener tanto tiempo haciendo esto, es solo ahora que me he tomado la molestia de difundirlo, pero les voy a confesar algo nunca jamás me imaginé la revolución y la pólvora que se levantaría, como se dice aquí, pues desde que iniciamos hace ya unos tres meses atrás, en la cátedra de la fundación Arte & Opera, jamás pensamos el impacto que tendrían estas charlas, primero nos contactaron los amigos de la coral Polifonica del estado Sucre-Venezuela, y trabajamos con ellos hasta el día de ayer, y debo decir que fue bastante diferente la experiencia que tuvimos por la brecha generacional, pero me encantó ver la motivación y el interés prestado por cada uno de los asistentes a estás tres charlas que dimos en ese lugar, ya la gran mayoría de ellos abrieron sus cuentas el día de ayer y están próximos a postear su primera publicación, lo que nos llena de satisfacción y en otros como el del amigo @muellero52 quien ya hizo su primera publicación.

Después tuvimos una increíble sorpresa al ser contactados por nada mas y nada menos que por la directora de cultura del estado Sucre-Venezuela en conjunto con el encargado de la red de Bibliotecas públicas de todo el Estado Sucre, para que lleváramos estás charlas a su personal, y por supuesto que aceptamos, #lacasitahive estará siempre dispuesta a llevar el poco o mucho conocimiento que tenemos sobre el ecosistema #hive a dónde quiera que nos lo pidan.

Al llegar al lugar pude observar que las personas asistentes estaban un poco incrédulas al tiempo que curiosas por saber de qué se trataba, lo que me hizo pensar que el público asistente sería un tanto hostil, nada más lejos de la realidad, pues resulta que los asistentes al terminar la charla o conversatorio como me gusta decirlo, se mostraron sumamente interesados, lo que dió pie a la ronda de preguntas, que dicho sea de paso nos llamó la atención una señora presente, que nos dijo que estaba negada a asistir a esta charla ya que su hijo se sentía estafado porque unas personas se atrevieron a cobrarle 5$ para crearle su cuenta de #hive y supuesta asesoría, y que luego de crearles la cuenta, a el y un grupo de 12 personas, los citaron al día siguiente para la ayuda y de eso ya hace dos meses y nunca más les han dicho nada, lo que a nosotros nos encendió las alarmas.

Me pareció increíble que existan personas que quieran lucrarse de esta forma, utilizando además a la blockchain, esto nos comprometió a seguir adelante con nuestro proyecto de #lacasitahive, dónde sin ningún tipo de recursos, más que nuestras ganas, estamos decididos a seguir trabajando hasta lograr la masificacion del uso del ecosistema #hive, sabemos que nuestro estado Sucre-Venezuela cuenta con una población aproximadamente de 1.400.000 habitantes que en su mayoría aún desconocen de esta blockchain, sabemos que el trabajo es arduo y no es fácil, pero estamos dispuestos a seguir mostrando todas las bondades que nos brinda este ecosistema y todos sus plataformas para desarrollarnos como personas, o como siempre les digo este ecosistema te ayuda a descubrir quien eres, te ayuda a mostrar esas capacidades que poseemos y que estoy segura pocos saben que las tienen.

Durante esta charla en la Biblioteca pública de la ciudad de Cumaná- estado Sucre-Venezuela, me tocó hacer el cierre, dónde simplemente me tocó hacerles la invitación a los presentes a iniciarse en este ecosistema hermosísimo, que como les dije a mi me ha hecho crecer como persona, me ha hecho descubrir que soy capaz de mucho, que en está blockchain puedo aprender y sigo aprendiendo a diario, porque ciertamente no me las se todas, pero les decimos a todos que estamos dispuestos a mostrarles el camino inicial, les damos las herramientas básicas, y los vamos a guiar para que creen sus cuentas, para que hagan sus publicaciones, y sobretodo para evitar que cometan los errores principales dentro del ecosistema, y he allí el mayor de los enfasis puesto.

Esta charla de día de ayer no fue sino el abre boca a lo que se viene, pues solo se trató de la presentación del ecosistema a las personas de la red de Bibliotecas públicas del estado Sucre-Venezuela capitulo: Cumaná y de igual manera la dirección de cultura del estado Sucre-Venezuela, que por cierto estamos bastante agradecidos con la amiga Liliana Vargas(@soyliliena) directora de cultura del estado Sucre-Venezuela y del amigo Rafael Hernández por estar presentes en el lugar y dedicarnos unas hermosas palabras tanto a los asistentes, como al equipo de #lacasitahive.

El trabajo que nos viene es bastante ya que vamos a estar por en los diferentes municipios del estado Sucre- Venezuela (15) en total en esta serie de charlas con la dirección de cultura, lo cual me parece increíble que hayamos podido lograr, ya que hasta ahora nadie nos había brindado el apoyo, incluso en muchísimas ocasiones nos ha tocado irnos caminando desde nuestros hogares hasta el lugar donde nos toque dar la charlas, y lo hacemos porque realmente amamos lo que estamos construyendo, y estamos dispuestos a seguir trabajando para lograr la masificacion del ecosistema #hive en nuestro estado y mucho más alla, porque estamos convencidos de que antes de hablar de #criptoadopción es necesario masificar y consolidar la #hiveadopcion.

Otro punto importante a resaltar es el hecho de que contamos además con la presencia del canal de televisión regional llamado Nvh quien además de contar con sus transmisiones en todo el estado, llega también al mundo entero atraves de las redes sociales de la web 2.0 como Instagram @nvhnoticias

El día estuvo bastante ameno, y sobretodo me hizo entender que estamos en el camino correcto, porque estamos haciendo el trabajo de corazón y sin ningún tipo de interés, seguimos trabajando, porque como dice nuestro lema en #lacasitahive: "#Hive desde hace tiempo está listo para la gente, y desde #lacasitahive, estamos preparando a la gente para #hive".
