[ESP] | [ENG] - Un Café con Mary, Ep. 4: La mejor cafetería artesanal en Caracas

Bienvenidos a un nuevo episodio de Un Café con Mary, un espacio en donde te invito a recorrer las cafeterías más geniales de mi ciudad Caracas. En esta oportunidad visitamos Artesano Cafetería, una opción en la ciudad bastante concurrida y, sin dudas, un lugar para escapar de la ciudad, dentro de la ciudad tal y como dicen ellos mismos.

Artesano se encuentra ubicado en La Esquina La Torre del Boulevard Panteón, en el pleno corazón de la ciudad caraqueña y me atrevo a decir que es uno de esos espacios que permiten alejarte del caos citadino al menos por unos cuantos minutos. Como a mí me encanta indagar un poco acerca de los lugares que visito, les cuento que este lugar tuvo sus inicios en el 2011 en el sector La Candelaria de la ciudad de Caracas como resultado de algunas experiencias de sus dueños oriundos del Estado Mérida, este pequeño local en La Candelaria pasó a ser como un centro de producción para ellos cuando decidieron abrir este otro pequeño espacio en La Esquina La Torre.

Una de sus espacialidades es el café, como ya podrán haber notado, no sólo disponen en el menú de los tradicionales con leche, mocaccino o latte vainilla, sino también disponen de otras opciones muy originales como el Café Marietta que entre sus ingredientes posee brandy y canela o el Café Fabiana que contiene jarabe de ron. El mayor concepto de este lugar es que son productores de muchos de sus productos. Desde el pan, las salsas y la charcutería son artesanales producidas por ellos mismos, lo cual les da un toque de frescura a todas esas opciones del menú. Este no es un concepto muy popular en Caracas, aunque ciertamente en los últimos años ha tomado mayor auge, lo cual me emociona enormemente.

Welcome to a new episode of Un Café con Mary, a space where I invite you to visit the coolest coffee shops in my city Caracas. This time we visit Artesano Cafetería, a very popular option in the city and, without a doubt, a place to escape from the city, inside the city as they say themselves.

Artesano is located in La Esquina La Torre del Boulevard Panteón, in the heart of the city of Caracas and I dare say that it is one of those spaces that allow you to get away from the chaos of the city at least for a few minutes. As I love to investigate a little about the places I visit, I tell you that this place had its beginnings in 2011 in the La Candelaria sector of the city of Caracas as a result of some experiences of its owners from the State of Merida, this small place in La Candelaria became like a production center for them when they decided to open this other small space in La Esquina La Torre.

One of their specialties is coffee, as you may have noticed, not only do they have the traditional latte with milk, mocaccino or vanilla latte on the menu, but they also have other very original options such as the Café Marietta which has brandy and cinnamon among its ingredients or the Café Fabiana which contains rum syrup. The greatest concept of this place is that they are producers of many of their products. From the bread, sauces and charcuterie, they produce their own artisan products, which gives a touch of freshness to all those options on the menu. This is not a very popular concept in Caracas, although it has certainly taken off in recent years, which excites me greatly.
