TRADICIÓN 29 AÑOS = 29 MUSCLE UPS [ESP|ENG] 🎂🎉

¡Hola amigos de #3Speak, SWC, y HIVE. El pasado 16 de abril cumplí 29 años de edad y lo celebré de una manera muy peculiar junto con mis amigos!

Cumplí con la tradición de hacer un muscle up por cada año que he vivido, me sentí un poco nervioso porque es un alto número de repeticiones y este ejercicio es demandante a nivel muscular y cardiovascular, pero esto es lo que hacemos, llegamos al límite de nuestra capacidad, lo hacemos por pasión.

Les doy las gracias a Dios por darme las fuerzas necesarias para subir la barra y permitirme practicar este bello deporte, agradezco a los chicos de Fortis Workout por apoyarme ¡En todo momento sin duda alguna se respiró una atmósfera agradable!

Trataré de mejorar la calidad de mis repeticiones en mi siguiente cumpleaños, vieron que comencé bien y a medida que iba sumando números mi técnica iba en declive. Pero así es la vida, hay días buenos y días malos, nos cansamos... Pero lo más importante es no rendirse y seguir adelante hasta cumplir tus metas. ¡Este es mi mensaje para los chicos que van iniciando en la calistenia y en el street workout!

Hi friends of #3Speak, SWC, and HIVE. Last April 16 I turned 29 years old and I celebrated it in a very peculiar way together with my friends!

I fulfilled the tradition of doing a muscle up for every year I have lived, I felt a little nervous because it is a high number of repetitions and this exercise is demanding at a muscular and cardiovascular level, but this is what we do, we reach the limit of our capacity, we do it for passion.

I thank God for giving me the necessary strength to climb the bar and allow me to practice this beautiful sport, I thank the guys at Fortis Workout for supporting me at all times without a doubt there was a pleasant atmosphere!

I will try to improve the quality of my reps on my next birthday, you saw that I started well and as I was adding numbers my technique was declining. But that's life, there are good days and bad days, we get tired.... But the most important thing is not to give up and keep going until you meet your goals, this is my message to the guys who are starting out in calisthenics and street workout!
