Yo como amante de las sopas, no podía quedarme con las ganas de probar la sopa paraguaya.

Así que hoy aproveché y me compré una para almorzar. Lo malo es que me había hecho muchas expectativas con respecto a la sopa, ya que la referencia que tengo es la de mi mamá, la cual tengo ya 5 años que no como.

Igual agradezco poder haber comido el día de hoy, y sobre todo, conocer parte de la gastronomía de este país, cuya gente es realmente maravillosa.

Si me preguntan que es como para repetir, pues para mis gustos realmente no lo es. Quizás comerla en ocasiones especiales o para darse un gusto de comer algo diferente de vez en cuando. Aclaro, por supuesto, que quizás hecha por otra persona, resulte mucho más sabrosa.

Un spoiler es que a esta sopa le falta un ingrediente que para mi es vital para que se convierta en sopa, adivinan cual es?

I, as a lover of soup, couldn't help but try Paraguayan soup.

So today I took advantage and bought one for lunch. The bad thing is that I had made too many expectations with respect to the soup, since the reference I have is that of my mother, which I have not eaten for 5 years.

I'm still grateful to have eaten today, and above all, to have known part of the gastronomy of this country, whose people are really wonderful.

If they ask me what it is like to repeat, it is really not for my taste. Perhaps eating it on special occasions or to give yourself a taste of something different from time to time. I clarify, of course, that perhaps made by someone else, it turns out to be much tastier.
