Plantas Vs Zombies Heroes GAMEPLAY - Review

Hi Hivers, today I bring you a game that for me is new, one of my favorite games is Plants vs Zombies, several years ago I spent many hours of my life talking with my neighbor crazy Dave and killing those zombies, which came in various forms, from normal and simple zombies through soccer players to a group that danced a song by Michael Jackson, I had a lot of fun with him. Now I have found a new version called Plants vs Zombies Heroes and I couldn't stop myself from trying it out right away, although I was surprised, because although it has the same title as the previous one, the dynamic is very different. While in the previous one both plants and zombies could play simultaneously, in this one it is a kind of turn-based card game.

In this game there is a collection of cards, with new characters and heroes, where you play by turns, you must choose your deck and the location of your characters in the battle field. After the small tutorial of the beginning we are assigned our hero Green Shadow, in this case it is a masked pea plant that must face the powerful zombie hero SuperBrain.

The objective of the game is to reduce the health of the enemy to zero in order to defeat him, it is represented by a red heart with the number 20 and with each attack that the hero receives, it decreases, they also have the ability to protect themselves from some attacks. It presents a system of attacks by turns and an indicator shows clearly what is happening at each moment in the game. Each card has a cost in soles to be able to use it, it also indicates its health and attack power. At the end of each turn we lose the soles we don't use, that's why we have to be careful when choosing the cards we want to play. There are also cards that allow you to increase the powers of those who are in battle, draw other cards, make random attacks, among others.

When we win the battle we are given envelopes with more cards. As we advance, performing tasks and missions, we receive heroes and many more cards. One of the exciting things is that it can be unlocked to play with the zombies, but that left for another post.

In the sound section the background music seeks to keep us in suspense, while the ambient sounds at all times complement the actions that the characters do, creating an immersive atmosphere.

In the graphic section we find vivid colors to which we are used to this saga, the graphics are quite good, as you can detail the characters and the gestures that make each of them.

Hola Hivers, el día de hoy les traigo un juego que para mi es nuevo, uno de mis juegos favoritos es Planta vs Zombie, hace varios años pasé muchas horas de mi vida hablando con mi vecino el loco Dave y matando esos zombies, que venían en diversas formas, desde zombies normales y sencillos pasando por jugadores de fútbol americano hasta un grupo que bailaba una canción de Michael Jackson, me divertí muchísimo con el. Ahora he encontrado una nueva versión que se llama Plantas vs Zombies Heroes y no me pude contener para probarlo de inmediato, aunque me llevé una sorpresa, pues aunque lleva el mismo título del anterior la dinámica es muy distinta. Mientras en el anterior tanto las plantas como los zombies podían jugar en modo simultaneo, en este es una especie de juego de cartas por turnos.

En esta entrega trae una colección de cartas, con nuevos personajes y héroes, donde se va jugando por turnos, debes escoger bien tu mazo y la ubicación de tus personajes en el campo de batalla. Luego del pequeño tutorial del inicio se nos asigna nuestro héroe Sombra Verde, en este caso es una planta guisante enmascarada que debe enfrentarse al poderoso heroe zombie Supercerebroz.

El objetivo del juego es reducir la salud del enemigo a cero para poder derrotarlo, está representada por un corazón rojo con el número 20 y con cada ataque que recibe el héroe, va disminuyendo, también tienen la capacidad de protegerse de algunos ataques. Se presenta un sistema de ataques por turnos y un indicador muestra de forma clara lo que está sucediendo en cada momento en el juego. Cada carta tiene un costo en soles para poder usarla, también indica su salud y el poder de ataque. Al final de cada turno se pierden los soles que no usamos, por eso hay que ser cuidadosos al elegir las cartas que queremos jugar. Además hay cartas que permiten aumentar los poderes de las que están en batalla, robar otras cartas, hacer ataques aleatorios, entre otros.

Al ganar la batalla nos dan sobres con más cartas. A medida que vamos avanzando, realizando tareas y misiones, vamos recibiendo heroes y muchas más cartas. Una de las cosas emocionantes es que se puede desbloquear para jugar con los zombies, pero eso lo dejó para otro post.

En el apartado sonoro la música de fondo busca mantenernos en suspenso, mientras que los sonidos ambientales en todo momento complementan las acciones que hacen los personajes, creando un ambiente envolvente.

En el apartado gráfico encontramos colores vívidos a los que nos tiene acostumbrados esta saga, los gráficos son bastante buenos, ya que se pueden detallar los personajes y los gestos que hacen cada uno de ellos.
