Greetings, friends of the Family and Friends community! Today I address to this great community full of good vibes to share some experiences lived last September 2nd, my birthday.

¡Saludos, amigos de la comunidad Family and Friends! El día de hoy me dirijo a esta gran comunidad llena de buenas vibras para compartir algunas experiencias vividas el pasado 2 de septiembre, día de mi cumpleaños.

This day started with a visit from my sister, who brought me a creamy birthday cake made by herself, who is a great baker. Likewise, my brother brought me a sponge cake without topping or filling, which is also one of my favorites. I had planned to make a cake at home, but in the end it was not necessary, since two cakes were more than enough.

Este día inicio con la visita hermana, que me trajo una cremosa torta de cumpleaños hecha por ella misma, quien es una gran repostera. Del mismo modo, mi hermano me trajo una torta de bizcocho sin topping ni relleno, que también es una de mis favoritas. Yo tenía pensado hacer una torta en casa, pero finalmente no fue necesario, pues con dos tortas ya era más que suficiente.

As family and friends arrived, they brought a case of beer and a bottle of whisky to celebrate the occasion. As I am not a whisky lover, I opted for some refreshing Pilsen beers, better known as negritas.

Fueron llegando mis familiares y amigos, quienes trajeron una caja de cervezas y una botella de whisky para celebrar la ocasión. Como no soy tan amante del whisky me decanté por unas refrescantes cervezas tipo Pilsen, mejor conocidas como negritas.

It was time to prepare lunch to share with the family, and that's why my dad got down to work. We prepared a Chinese type mixed rice with a side of Chop Suey that was finger-licking good.

Era hora de preparar el almuerzo para compartir en familia, y es por ello que mi papá se puso manos a la obra. Preparamos un arroz mixto tipo chino con un acompañamiento de Chop Suey que estaban para chuparse los dedos.

I was sharing with my relatives, and what I enjoyed the most was the company of my nephews, who I don't always have the opportunity to see.

Estuve compartiendo con mis familiares, y lo que más disfruté fue la compañía de mis sobrinos, que no siempre tengo la oportunidad de ver.

I also received gifts such as body creams, perfumes, shoes, chocolates, among others.

Del mismo modo, recibí obsequios como, cremas corporales, perfumes, zapatos, chocolates, entre otros.

When we had already digested, between chats and anecdotes, it was time to sing happy birthday and cut the cake, or rather, the cakes. Both were delicious.

Cuando ya habíamos hecho la digestión, entre charlas y anécdotas, llegó la hora de cantar cumpleaños feliz y picar la torta, mejor dicho, las tortas. Ambas estaban muy deliciosas.

The best thing about these gatherings with family and friends is being able to take the time and space to share and entertain in a healthy way with loved ones, creating special moments that I treasure in my mind.

Lo mejor de estas reuniones con familia y amigos es poder tomarse el tiempo y el espacio para compartir y entretenernos de forma sana con los seres queridos, creando momentos especiales que atesoro en mi mente.
