Hello community, this week 2 of Praise And Worship Music the theme is "Gratitude". Having gratitude, being grateful, is remembering the good that has been done to us and acting accordingly. Therefore our deepest gratitude must be towards our Creator, He has given us physical life, He has maintained it for us until this moment, He has given us the opportunity to continue in eternal life when our material body falls apart, which is what we call "salvation" and this "great" salvation has been given to us from His own renunciation because the Father gave us His Son and the Son gave His life - with great sufferings - for us.
There is nothing we have that has not been given to us by God. Starting with the essential oxygen of our daily breathing.
In that order of ideas about gratitude towards God, this week I select to participate with my version of the song "Alabo Tu Bondad" (I Praise Your Goodness) by the Spanish musical group "Kairoi" formed by Marist brothers.
This begins by saying "My whole being sings today for the things that are in me, I thank you, my Lord, You make me so happy." It is beautiful because it is looking at yourself, taking stock of everything you have, recognizing from Whom all those things come and proceed to give thanks.
That is the dynamic of gratitude.
I play the melody with my accordion and I share the lyrics of the song:
I praise your goodness (Kairoi)
Glory to You, Lord, for Your goodness.
Glory, glory, I will always sing your faithfulness
Alabo tu bondad (Kairoi)
Gloria a Ti, Señor, por tu bondad.
Gloria, gloria, siempre cantaré tu fidelidad
Thank you very much for visiting my blog and reading my post. I hope this be a week full of good things for you and your family. God bless you,
