Saludos y bendiciones mis estimados amigos de la comunidad EspaVlog, 3Speak y HIVE. Me da mucho gusto poder traerles nuevamente un episodio de mi podcast sobre comunicación eficaz en las relaciones humanas: "HABLANDO CLARO".

El tema que les comparto hoy será el último de la serie presentada en nuestra primera temporada sobre LA COMUNICACIÓN EFICAZ EN LAS RELACIONES HUMANAS, y se trata de unos CONSEJOS FINALES para mejorar nuestras relaciones humanas a través de una mejor comunicación.

Para comenzar, siempre es necesario conectar con el episodio anterior para así mantener un hilo secuencial del tema general que hemos venido desglosando en cada episodio, y por eso en este episodio hemos comenzado recapitulando un poco sobre lo que es el lenguaje propio e impropio dentro de la comunicación, para así reforzar el concepto de la COMUNICACIÓN EFICAZ, en vista de que en el episodio anterior tratamos el tema de LAS ACTITUDES MENTALES en la comunicación.

Hemos resaltado la importancia de conocer y utilizar bien el lenguaje que empleamos a la hora de comunicarnos, ya que es el código del mensaje. Hemos dicho que las buenas formas de utilización del lenguaje es como un arte que debemos aprender para que la comunicación sea adecuada y completa.

Luego continuamos y concluimos desglosando una lista de muy útiles consejos para corregir errores que frecuentemente cometemos a la hora de comunicarnos con las demás personas. Dichos consejos son los siguientes:

› Elimine distracciones.
› ¡Deje hablar! Sea paciente (no interrumpa), aunque le disguste lo que se dice.
› Escuche realmente, haga el esfuerzo por entender las palabras del emisor.
› Procure no malinterpretar asumiendo saber lo que el otro quería decir.
› Pregunte a ver si entendió bien el mensaje.
› No caiga en la tentación de la crítica.
› No juzgue el mensaje a partir de sus prejuicios o estado emocional.
› No exprese una opinión si no está seguro de lo que está diciendo.
› No exagere sus sentimientos para tratar de convencer a la otra persona.
› Trate de ser lo más objetivo posible cuando exprese una opinión.
› No descalifique una opinión porque no sea igual a la suya.
› Piense bien la forma en la que va a comunicar algo antes de hacerlo.
› Verifique el efecto que su comunicación produce en el receptor.
› Opte por el silencio cuando sea necesario.

We have highlighted the importance of knowing and using the language we use when communicating, since it is the code of the message. We have said that the good ways of using language is like an art that we must learn so that communication is adequate and complete.

Then we continue and conclude with a list of very useful tips to correct mistakes that we frequently make when communicating with other people. These tips are as follows:

' Eliminate distractions.
' Let people talk! Be patient (don't interrupt), even if you dislike what is being said.
Really listen, make an effort to understand the speaker's words.
Try not to misunderstand by assuming you know what the other person meant.
