Hablar de esta herramienta denominada Naturalidad es un abanico de opciones y matices, saber que todos de manera espontánea somos estrictamente naturales, ya nos deja una idea básica de lo que podemos dar; sin embargo, la naturalidad como tal podemos darle mucho impulso valiéndonos de buenos tips y sugerencias que definitivamente harán de nosotros personas mejor preparadas para desenvolvernos en cualquier ámbito social y ser más efectivos en la comunicación.

Lo primero que debemos tener en cuenta en este tema tan importante es que no necesariamente ser extrovertidos nos nace naturales, así es, en ocasiones he tenido la oportunidad de ver personas muy dadas a la conversación y sin nada de timidez pero poco naturales.

La naturalidad debe ir acompañada de elementos básicos que la potencian y hacen de este aspecto algo formidable para todos nosotros. Por ejemplo, al expresarnos de manera natural lo más sensato es conocer de antemano el contenido y en esa misma medida la fluidez conversacional se notará y sin notarse forzada.

Pudiera entenderse todo esto como contradictorio, ya que se esperaría que algo natural podría encuadrarse en algo más espontáneo o random; sin embargo, queremos destacar que la Naturalidad efectiva va de la mano con poder de efectividad en lo que decimos sin caer en la improvisación desequilibrada.

Claro está, siempre es nutritivo algunos tintes de espontaneidad en cualquier presentación ante otros. Ahora bien, la Naturalidad debe hacernos trabajar en que lo que presentemos, debe estar bien presente en nosotros primero o estar verdaderamente convencidos de lo que estamos exponiendo a otros, esto hará que fácilmente nuestro auditorio perciba la natural expresión sin muchos escollos a superar.

Cuando logramos transmitir ideas cortas, precisas y fuertes combinando la buena preparación del material con estos elementos, los resultados no se harán esperar, recordemos que nuestras ideas pueden ser sencillas y cortas, pero muy efectivas, es decir, no necesitamos sermonear para tener éxito o cargar a la audiencia con aspectos secundarios que pudieran ser interesantes para usted, pero no tendrían eficacia al momento de su presentación.

Por último, podemos decir que la Naturalidad bien guiada va de la mano con usted, así es, usted es el factor determinante no solamente por lo que dice sino como lo dice o lo que llamamos la puesta en escena, aspecto que abarca varios detalles a considerar, siendo el más resaltante que su auditorio fije las ideas y pueda llevarse luego de escucharlo una grata impresión por su manejo de la presentación, difícilmente esa persona podrá olvidarse de los aspectos que usted mencionó y de recordarlo como expositor por su naturalidad.
