Amor de Lejos, Amor de Pe#€@&jos [ESP/ENG]

Hace unos días nuestra querida @iamsaray nos contó su historia de cómo descubrió la infidelidad de su ex pareja en este vlog y me inspiró a contar mi experiencia con una relación a distancia en la cuál nunca supe si su fidelidad fue real o no.

Esta historia es muy personal, aunque la cuente desde las risas, debido a que fueron muchos años de caos y fue la relación que más me ha marcado, tanto positiva como negativamente, en mi vida debido a que fue lo que todos llama "el primer amor"; fue la primera vez que creía haberme enamorado e invertí demasiada energía, años y otros aspectos de mi vida en ella.

No me arrepiento de nada, porque toda esta vivencia me hizo la persona que soy hoy en día pero sí me hubiese encantado darme cuenta del daño tan grande que me hacía y salir mucho antes de ahí; como también, me dio el conocimiento para saber qué no hacer y que no aceptar dentro de una relación.

Para aclarar, no tengo nada en contra de las relaciones a distancia como tampoco lo tengo contra esta persona, solo creo que para poder sobrellevarlas se necesita demasiada madurez, confianza, respeto y comunicación; conozco varias parejas que han logrado mantener su relación a pesar de la distancia como también conozco muchas historias como la mía, considero que lo primordial para poder tener una relación a distancia es que esta sea finita, que su meta en común sea acabar con la distancia que los separa, sino, no tiene ningún sentido.

A few days ago our dear @iamsaray told us her story of how she discovered her ex-partner's infidelity in this vlog and inspired me to tell my experience with a long distance relationship in which I never knew if her fidelity was real or not.

This story is very personal, although I tell it with laughter, because it was many years of chaos and it was the relationship that has marked me the most, both positively and negatively, in my life because it was what everyone calls "the first love"; it was the first time I thought I had fallen in love and I invested too much energy, years and other aspects of my life in it.

I don't regret anything, because all this experience made me the person I am today, but I would have loved to realize how much it hurt me and get out of it much sooner; it also gave me the knowledge to know what not to do and what not to accept in a relationship.

To clarify, I have nothing against long distance relationships as I have nothing against this person, I just think that to cope with them you need too much maturity, trust, respect and communication; I know several couples who have managed to maintain their relationship despite the distance as I also know many stories like mine, I believe that the most important thing to have a long distance relationship is that this is finite, that their common goal is to end the distance that separates them, otherwise, it makes no sense.
