Today, I'm sharing a quick breakfast recipe with you, a cheese sandwich that you can make in no time. To make this, we'll need the following ingredients:
Prepare the Cheese Spread: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, grated cheddar cheese, sliced onions, sliced cucumber, pizza oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until you have a creamy and well-combined cheese spread.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Lay out 8 slices of bread on a clean surface or a plate. Take one slice of bread and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly over it.
Grill the Sandwiches: Place the prepared sandwich in the pan and grill it on both sides until the bread turns golden brown and crispy.
Cut and Serve: Carefully cut the sandwich diagonally to create two triangular halves. This makes it easier to handle and eat.
