Failure is particularly more difficult because it's a feedback frowned upon by the society. Success stories sells, it's value on the internet, the interest it garners makes people who sells them millionaires without any iota of hardwork. People who sell success stories makes it even sureal to talk about the importance of failure stories. But then In life failure is part of the process and I find it awkward to it's hardly used to even motivate people with it.
