Official Announcement of Digital Security Workshops in Venezuela [Esp-Eng]

I bring you this time a small audiovisual summary of what was a press conference in which the NGO redesAyuda and the national college of journalists make official the announcement of the launching of digital security workshops in order to support journalists in their task of reporting.

Les traigo en esta ocasión un pequeño resumen audiovisual de lo que fue una rueda de prensa en la que la ONG redesAyuda y el colegio nacional de periodistas hacen oficial el anuncio del lanzamiento de unos talleres de seguridad digital con la finalidad de apoyar a los periodistas en su tarea de informar.

These workshops will be held in several Venezuelan states and will provide journalists with tools and knowledge on how to act, how to protect themselves and protect their backs from the many reported cases in which they are attacked by security forces, irregular bodies and government entities for the simple fact of doing their job.

Con estos talleres que se dictarán por varios estados de Venezuela le brindarán a los periodistas herramientas y conocimientos de cómo actuar, de cómo protegerse y cuidarse las espaldas de los muchos casos reportados en los cuales son agredidos por cuerpos de seguridad, cuerpos irregulares y entes del gobierno por el simple hecho de hacer su trabajo.

In the Poeteca where the announcement took place, a very special place because of all the history that is in each book, many journalists and television and press media attended to cover the important news, after the announcement it was very satisfying for everyone because of the beginning of something new that will add and contribute to the formation of journalists and a country where we all have the right to be informed freely.

En la Poeteca donde fue el lugar del anuncio un lugar muy particular por toda la historia qué hay en cada libro, asistieron muchos periodistas y medios televisivos y de prensa para cubrir la noticia tan importante, luego del anuncio yfue muy satisfactorio para todos por el comienzo de algo nuevo que sumará y aportará para la formación de periodistas y de un país donde todos tenemos derecho a informarnos libremente
