Today in the office the topic came up: "Today let's train at the Gym" and a fellow training fanatic said "Let's go!".
At that moment I told him: Let's go and train us, do you think? That's the best thing I could have said to him! He immediately said: I already have the routine. This afternoon we decided to invite two more friends to train together since it gets very fun, especially in the gym's dance room (I only see from behind the glass).
Today we did a leg routine that consisted of jumping, jogging in place, squats and much more, exercises that seemed simple but at the end of the training it turned out that they were super demanding!
