Ras Malai : A Divine Delight

As You know it is sunday and a free day for most of us. So despite sitting idle i thought of making a devorous delight for myself and my family. So i give it a thought and decided to make a famous and one of most favourite dessert of Pakistanis. And in this blog i am gonna share the recipie.

Ingredients

• Milk

• Egg

• Laziza International Ras Malai mix (You may go with your choice of brand)

• finely cut Almonds

• Cooking Oil
• Sugar

Procedure

At first i put the milk on the stove to boil.

Once it starts bubbling ,i put some sugar into it.

I stir it well so that it melts completely.

Then there was egg for me to beat properly.

Then i unpacked the packet of Ras Malai and take out its powdered mixture in the plate.

Now it’s time to make small balls of the mixture. And for this i firstly add beated egg into mixture

And secondly i add a minute amount of cooking oil into it.

Then i mix it well

That amount was not enought so, i added more oil and egg . And then mix it.I was using spoon but you know you can’t mix it well until you use your hands. So we have to do the same just like we did while kneading the dough.

It comes out to be like this

Then i made tiny balls from this dough.

And one by one i placed these balls carefully into the milk and sugar mixture which was still on flame.

Have a look on these tiny balls.

Now i add the finely cut Almonds into it.

I checked the balls oftenly. They were enhancing their size gradually.

When i saw a remarkable increase in the size of balls ,i got that it’s an indication that it is done.

The enhancement in their size is noticeable.

Now I am moving toward the final step which is that i put it out into a bowl and place it into thr fridge for about 10 hours so that it cools down properly.
