A warm greetings to everyone on afri-tunes, it's another week of afri-tunes where we celebrate and enjoy African musician and their songs, so glad to be here once again.
For this week I will be singing a song by Eben tittled “at the centre”. Eben is a gospel artiste who is well known for his notable voice, hearing his song has never given me a doubt of guessing the artiste, he has an exceptional voice that would make me identify him even if I have never heard the song before.
This song is a song of exaltation of God and acknowledges God as the supremacy one, one is knows us before we were created, He's always there for us whenever we find ourselves in trouble caused by our sins, He's merciful and always ready to save us from tribulations.
I chose this song to exalt God for His mercies over me and my family for the past, present and future, the one that has been my fortress, even though I am not worthy of the grace and mercies, still He showed me love and bestowed upon me the good things.
Whenever I remember some things that has happened to me and my family in the past, what seems scarry and we felt could cause lots of calamity, God showed His supremacy and saved us.
The one way to show gratitude is to say sweet words to Him, He is always there for me and ready to save me.
Lyrics
at the center of it all
It's you that I see
It's you that I see
There is power in your name
Miracles happen in your name
As we lift our voice in praise
It's you that I see
It's you that I see
