Being an art lover is not easy as cravings for art never meet their end. I recently noticed that I have all big sketchbooks that I'm not able to carry along with me to every place. But what if you have a craving for art and you don't have anything where you could draw or sketch something?

    My sketch books

So I planned to make one mini sketchbook for myself that would be with me whenever I needed it. I'm already using a doll keychain that I attached to my bag for so long and that doll keychain is so fluffy That's why I decided to make the notebook cover a little fluffy so it would look good with my old fluffy keychain.

    Doll Keychain

    Material I used!

    • Papers
    • Cardboard
    • Glue
    • Fluffy fabric
    • Key chain holder

Starts with the main paper for the sketchbook. I took 3 papers from my biggest sketchbook as I love their texture and I have a lot of memories with that sketchbook. Further, I cut papers into three equal parts and turned them into long strips.

Then I folded the paper into zig-zags and also ensured that the size of the paper suited my requirements, after folding the paper it was time to cut some extra edges of the paper to get a neat look.

For gluing papers together I used white German glue as it is strong enough to hold the pressure on the papers. I used two paper clips to hold the paper together so they wouldn't move and get dry easily. [ I think I like the smell of glue I was just playing with it...XD]

Well, our paper base is done, now we have to move towards the cover of our mini sketchbook. For the cover, I got two equally cut cardboard pieces and covered them with red colour paper as the fluffy fabric I was about to use is in red color.

As the base of the cover is done I added the fluffy fabric on the prepared base of cardboard and let it dry. I found this piece of fluffy fabric on my sister's hairband... RIP hairband we will surely miss you and then attached the papers inside the cover I made and let them dry.

And the results are all in front of you... My mini sketchbook is ready for use. I attached it to my bag and tried how cute it looks. Final resultsπŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

That's it for this sunday, see you next week with a new creative idea bye byeπŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺ
