I love to share it with you guys about what I had experienced this morning. My youngest sister always teases me about my dad bods. She challenged me for a morning walk and run at least 1 hour a day. Without hesitation, I agreed with the challenge and today was the first day. This is a not a cinematic video. This is a documentary vlog only for my fun morning run with my youngest sister. You know most of my videos are cooking, because of that I gain more weight. It's funny but it is true. This made me laugh at all the foods I ate but no complaints because it is still a blessing to value.
I got a lot of pain in my whole body because of the exercise but I am fully determined to pursue what I have started because I believe it is for my own benefit which could possibly give a great contribution when it comes to health and fitness. I know it's a long journey for me to take and I know laziness and temptations will occur anytime but this is a good call for me to be healthy and can do more future activities to learn and enjoy life.
