    About :

    Cooking Sweet and Spicy Shrimp using Firewood.

    Ingredients:
    Shrimp
    Salt
    Sugar
    Oil
    Siling Spada
    Onion
    and Garlic

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and sautee onion, garlic, and long pepper (siling espada)
    2. Put the shrimp and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until the color changes to orange.
    3. Add salt and brown sugar.
    4. Wait for 2 min and then it's ready to serve
    5. Transfer to a serving plate. Then put on top with long pepper (siling espada).
