We begin by peeling and boiling without salt 500 grams of pumpkin. Once parboiled, remove from heat and let cool.
In a blender cup; add the previously parboiled pumpkin.
Then two glasses of cold water, two tablespoons of powdered milk and 100 grams of condensed milk.
Then, we proceed to liquefy. / Seguido, procedemos a licuar.
It is totally creamy. / Quedando totalmente cremosa.
Transfer the liquid to a container or pitcher.
We serve. / Servimos.
I added rain of colors on top of the meringue to make it colorful. Enjoy.
