Hello everyone,

Welcome to Afritunes week 67. I'm so happy to be here with this week presentation and today I will be doing a cover of the song Dreamer by Fireboy. Fireboy is an amazing Nigerian musician and I'm a huge fan of his songs. This particular song is one of my favourite of his. The song is kind of a heartbreak. It's about when he realised he was played by the person he loves. Everything now looked like a dream to him and it its as if, he's the only one picturing and assuming they are in a relationship. This is what I relate to so well. It's easy for people to lead you on. Especially when they are getting one or two benefits from you whereas they have no plan of dating you. Whenever they feel you are no longer useful to them, they stop giving attention.

This is a very bad attitude and it had resulted in so many unfortunate situations. Its better not to joke iwht people's feelings. If you're not interested in them, just let them go immediately. Don't lead them on and break their heart along the way.

The song is a simple song with a beautiful melody. I do hope you enjoy it. I accompanied the song with an instrumental I generated here.
