    de la comunidad de #hivefood hoy les quiero compartir parte del proceso de elaboración del rico Chocochain, 🍫 el chocolate de hive, qué seguramente has visto por allí o incluso has tenido la oportunidad de probarlos y conocer su delicioso sabor.

    Te comento que esta fábrica de chocolate se llama Chocobaha, ubicada en la ciudad de El Tigre, Venezuela y es la responsable de reproducir en masas este chocolate 🍫 qué a todos nos gusta, durante un recorrido por sus instalaciones nos enseñaron como es el proceso de elaboración de este rico manjar.

    I tell you that this chocolate factory is called Chocobaha, located in the city of El Tigre, Venezuela and is responsible for reproducing in masses this 🍫 chocolate that we all love, during a tour of their facilities they showed us how is the process of elaboration of this rich delicacy.

    La materia prima, qué se utilizó para la elaboración de este chocolate, fue un Cacao de un 46% lo que dará como resultado un chocolate dulce y amigable al paladar, esto en combinación con la semilla de merey qué también es conocida como anacardo o semilla de caju y por si fuera poco las incrustaciones de sal marina que hace una explosión de sabores fabulosa.

    Pareciera algo loco el combinar sal marina con chocolate, pero la sal hace qué el chocolate no sea tan invasivo al paladar e incluso hace aún más profundo el sabor del chocolate, mientras elaboraban este chocolate pregunte ¿cuál era el sabor más raro que han elaborado? Y nos comentaron que una vez hicieron unos ¡bombones de chocolate con tocineta deshidratada y galleta!, según ellos esta combinación era suculenta.

    Esta presentación del Chocochain esta buenísima me gustó demasiado, también nos dieron a probar chocolates de un 70% (muy bueno), de 46% y combinaciones como chocolate con maní y merey... Está con escarchas de sal marina, fue mi favorita.

    The raw material, which was used for the elaboration of this chocolate, was a cocoa of 46% which will result in a sweet and palate friendly chocolate, this in combination with cashew seed which is also known as cashew nut or cashew seed and as if that were not enough the incrustations of sea salt which makes a fabulous explosion of flavors.

    It may seem crazy to combine sea salt with chocolate, but the salt makes the chocolate not so invasive to the palate and even makes the chocolate flavor even deeper, while they were making this chocolate I asked what was the weirdest flavor they have made and they told us that once they made some chocolate balls with dehydrated bacon and cookie, according to them this combination was succulent.

    This presentation of the Chocochain is very good, I liked it very much, they also gave us to taste chocolates of 70% (very good), of 46% and combinations like chocolate with peanuts and cashew.... This one with sea salt frosting was my favorite.

    El proceso fue algo artesanal ya qué no utilizan máquinas tan modernas, incluso nos explicaron qué la mayoría de estas máquinas son elaboradas por ellos mismos con el injerto de varias piezas, así que el resultado final es un chocolate qué no tiene que envidiarle nada a las grandes industrias.

    Y lo que más me gustó es que este chocolate es sin nada de aditivos químicos, puro ¡Cacao y amor!, lo que garantiza un buen producto, y a su vez un resultado amigable con todos los que lo degusten.

    Si tienen la oportunidad de visitar la ciudad de El Tigre pueden agendar un tour por esta pequeña fábrica y conocer todas las delicias qué ellos elaboran con productos 100% naturales 🍫🍬🍪🍩

    The process was somewhat artisanal since they do not use modern machines, they even explained to us that most of these machines are made by themselves with the grafting of several pieces, so the end result is a chocolate that has nothing to envy to the big industries.

    And what I liked the most is that this chocolate is without any chemical additives, pure cocoa and love, which guarantees a good product, and at the same time a friendly result with all those who taste it.
