¡Hola mis amores!

Hoy es martes de Encuentro de Talentos, espacio liderado por nuestra querida @angelica7 pero construida por cada persona que en esta comunidad conecta con un entorno para expresar su posición desde el corazón de un tema propuesto.

En esta oportunidad hablamos de zona azul, admito que el término era poco conocido pero sumergiéndome pude fijar mi postura y expresar con cariño, los 3 matices de mis zonas azules.

Hello my loves!

Today is Tuesday of Encuentro de Talentos, space led by our dear @angelica7 but built by each person in this community that in this community connects with an environment to express their position from the heart of a proposed topic.

This time we talk about blue zone, I admit that the term was little known but immersing myself I could fix my position and express with affection, the 3 nuances of my blue zones.

Celeste: hasta viejitos

Creo que a mi corta edad una de las maneras de afrontar el futuro, sin aferrarse al paso y fluyendo en el presente es aceptar que cada cosa tiene una etapa.

No hace de que “haya cosas para viejos y jóvenes” sino que la madurez emocional conlleva la vivencia y aceptación de etapas, como cuando gateamos, caminamos y corremos, hay cosas que no se deben saltar y de hacerlo vienen alteraciones que pueden afectar nuestra inteligencia emocional.

Mi zona azul se compone de ese disfrute de lo que para muchos es infantil, es conectar con mi niña interna sin olvidar que las responsabilidades están allí, soy adulta pero no hay ningún manual de normas escrito por eso defino lo que gusta y me olvido del que dirán, bailo si la canción lo amerita (porque puedo), canto hasta quedarme sin voz, grito cuando la frustración se atasca, veo películas una y otra vez y me rio de la manera más sincera: desde el corazón.

Celeste: even old people

I think that at my young age one of the ways to face the future, without holding on to the step and flowing in the present is to accept that everything has a stage.

It does not mean that "there are things for old and young" but that emotional maturity entails the experience and acceptance of stages, as when we crawl, walk and run, there are things that should not be skipped and if we do so, there are alterations that can affect our emotional intelligence.

My blue zone is composed of that enjoyment of what for many is childish, it is connecting with my inner child without forgetting that responsibilities are there, I am an adult but there is no written manual of rules so I define what I like and forget about what people will say, I dance if the song deserves it (because I can), I sing until I run out of voice, I scream when frustration gets stuck, I watch movies over and over again and I laugh in the most sincere way: from the heart.

Índigo: conecta así no haya Wi-Fi

La naturaleza es un filtro energético tan poderoso, que si supieran las muchas de sus ventajas morirían de risa y me llamaran mentirosa.

Recuerdo una vez tener una profesora en la universidad que decía que ella abrazaba un árbol cuando se sentía triste, muchos nos reímos escépticos de algo que consideramos absurdo, pero una vez me senté en el costado de un árbol en busca de compañía y el sonido de las hojas, la sintonía con el viento y el clima me ayudó a calmar mi ansiedad.

El mar es lo más cercano a lo que las emociones ocasionan en nuestro ser, por ello cada que lo visito rindo homenaje y es mi zona azul predilecta.

La lluvia, me recuerda la nostalgia de un pasado que no puede ser borrado, un presente con derecho a ser vivido y un futuro que se construye pieza por pieza desde el alma.

Mi zona azul predilecta es meditar con el sonido de la lluvia o el mar, soy incapaz de escuchar música instrumental (por razones que desconozco) pero conecto fácilmente con esos sonidos.

En tiempos donde la ansiedad me agobio solo podía dormir con el sonido de la lluvia que me recordaba al hogar que una vez dejé lejos.

Indigo: connect even if there's no Wi-Fi

Nature is such a powerful energy filter, if you knew the many of its advantages you would die laughing and call me a liar.

I remember once having a professor in college who said that she hugged a tree when she felt sad, many of us laughed skeptically at something we considered absurd, but once I sat on the side of a tree looking for company and the sound of the leaves, the tune with the wind and the weather helped me calm my anxiety.

The sea is the closest thing to what emotions cause in our being, that is why every time I visit it I pay homage and it is my favorite blue zone.

The rain reminds me of the nostalgia of a past that cannot be erased, a present that has the right to be lived and a future that is built piece by piece from the soul.

My favorite blue zone is to meditate with the sound of the rain or the sea, I am unable to listen to instrumental music (for reasons unknown to me) but I easily connect with those sounds.

In times when anxiety overwhelmed me I could only sleep with the sound of the rain that reminded me of the home I once left far away.

Azul Marino: Mi familia obsequiada

Mi mayor zona azul es mi hogar y no hablo de un hogar en la alturas, sino la gente que lo conforma piso a piso, bloque a bloque, familia en la que tuve la dicha de nacer y una que adopté a lo largo de la vida, ellos son mi refugio y aunque todo se tiña de oscuridad serán mi luz en el camino, por ello compartir con ellos es mi hobbie, adoro conversar y reírnos de anécdotas que repetimos sin cesar.

Navy Blue: My gifted family

My biggest blue zone is my home and I'm not talking about a home in the heights, but the people who make it up floor by floor, block by block, family in which I had the joy of being born and one that I adopted throughout life, they are my refuge and although everything is tinged with darkness will be my light on the road, so sharing with them is my hobby, I love to talk and laugh at anecdotes that we repeat endlessly.
