Curious Facts about Reading

Hi there dear community! here I come with some different content of my usual but happy to can share it with you. As everything in life, there is always something new to learn about anything and reading it is not the exception. Here, I tell you in a different and more dynamic way some of my favorite ones.

A long my life as a reader I notice this but didn't have an official answer or explanation, however there is no doubt that this explanation exist. I would like to keep showing you more about this kind of content or even news about authors or books I think it would be interesting for us.

talking about the subject:
Did you know that reading can relieve the stress? or even it can help with depression and anxiety? on the other hand, have you ever wonder why do you feel that you read faster when reading dygital books than when reading physical ones or why the experience could feel so different between then? this exactly what I explain to you through thi video.

On the other hand, I would like to know if you enjoy this way of produce content (it is a lot of work but I think the result is great) and also, I would love to know if you already know about this facts or if did you intuit? Let me tell you, that even when I have no Idea about it something inside of me told me this could happen through reading but sometimes it is easy to think that this only happens because it is something we really enjoy to do. If you know another curious fact or interesting one I would love to know it too!

¡Hola querida comunidad! Aquí vengo con un contenido diferente al habitual pero feliz de poder compartirlo con ustedes. Como todo en la vida, siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender sobre cualquier cosa y leerlo no es la excepción. Aquí os cuento de una forma diferente y más dinámica algunos de mis favoritos.

A lo largo de mi vida como lector me di cuenta de esto pero no tenía una respuesta o explicación oficial, sin embargo no hay duda de que esta explicación existe. Me gustaría seguir mostrándoles más sobre este tipo de contenido o incluso noticias sobre autores o libros creo que sería interesante para nosotros.

hablando del tema:
¿Sabías que la lectura puede aliviar el estrés? ¿O incluso puede ayudar con la depresión y la ansiedad? Por otro lado, ¿alguna vez te has preguntado por qué sientes que lees más rápido cuando lees libros digitales que cuando lees físicos o por qué la experiencia puede ser tan diferente entre ambos? Esto es exactamente lo que te explico a través de este video.

Por otro lado, me gustaría saber si disfrutas de esta forma de producir contenido (es mucho trabajo pero creo que el resultado es genial) y también, me encantaría saber si ya conoces estos datos o si ¿lo intuias? Déjame decirte que incluso cuando no tengo idea al respecto, algo dentro de mí me dice que esto podría suceder a través de la lectura, pero a veces es fácil pensar que esto solo sucede porque es algo que realmente disfrutamos hacer. Si conoces algún dato curioso o interesante a mí también me encantaría saberlo!
