    Cooking is the possibility to print our soul in each dish we cook. Sometimes, you can follow a recipe perfectly and that's ok, but there are moments where we print our own seal in each dish we prepare, that is the case of the dish I want to invite you to cook with me today: Meat Stroganoff in my style.

    Ingredients:
    2 beef steak
    1 chopped onion
    1 chives branch
    50 gs of mushrooms chopped into slides
    2 chards leaves
    1 garlic tooth
    175ml of milk with one and half spoon of cornstarch
    2 big spoons of cream cheese
    2 soy sauce spoons

    The process of this recipe is explained completely into the video. It is important to be said that the original recipe has wine and doesn't have chards, however this idea I show you here is super delicious.

    Tip: clean really well the chards before chop it.

    Cocinar es la posibilidad de imprimir nuestra alma en cada plato que cocinamos. A veces puedes seguir una receta a la perfección y está bien, pero hay momentos en los que imprimimos nuestro propio sello en cada plato que preparamos, ese es el caso del plato que hoy quiero invitarte a cocinar conmigo: Carne Stroganoff en mi estilo.

    Ingredientes:
    2 filetes de ternera
    1 cebolla picada
    1 rama de cebollino
    50 gs de champiñones picados en rodajas
    2 hojas de acelgas
    1 diente de ajo
    175ml de leche con una cucharada y media de maicena
    2 cucharadas grandes de queso crema
    2 cucharadas de salsa de soja

    El proceso de esta receta se explica completamente en el vídeo. Es importante decir que la receta original lleva vino y no lleva acelgas, sin embargo esta idea que les muestro aquí es súper deliciosa.

    Consejo: limpia muy bien las acelgas antes de picarlas.
