Intense Drumming With Dancing Queen By Abba

Hello my dear friends…
Today i am gonna share another video about my work out. This is another fun work out to do and its called Intense Drumming. I think it was kind of similar with pundfit since its both using stick. But in Intense Drumming, we hitting the ball as it was our drum.

What makes it so fun is because we’re work out but it feels like we’re dancing and playing instrument. I have never know such work out exist, its so fun. Music always makes work out feels easier. I was so hyped out when its Dancing Queen as it was one of my favorite song.
