Discusión sobre la nueva ley de pesca y acuicultura en Cumaná/ Discussion on the new fisheries and aquaculture law in Cumana by @eudarcabello [ESP/ENG]

Considerando la importncia de la pesca y ahora la importancia que esta ganando la acuicultura en el estado Sucre, me parece prudente compartir un poco la discusión de la nueva ley de pesca y las aclaraciones a las inquietudes del los pescadores y gente que se ven implicada con esta nueva ley. Quiero aclarar que que la intención del video jamás es presentar un partidismo político y tambien que al aumentar la velocidad no quiero que se preste para maños entendidos de burla, realmente fue mucho material y lo veia pesado si no tuviera la velocidad, tambien que los orientales hablamos o por lo menos se nos hace facil entender a esta velocidad, espero sea de interés para todos.

Considering the importance of fishing and now the importance that aquaculture is gaining in the state of Sucre, it seems prudent to share a little of the discussion of the new fishing law and clarifications to the concerns of fishermen and people who are involved with this new law. I want to clarify that the intention of the video is never to present a political partisanship and also that by increasing the speed I do not want to lend itself to mockery, it was really a lot of material and I saw it heavy if I did not have the speed, also that we easterners speak or at least it is easy for us to understand at this speed, I hope it is of interest to all.

Hola gente de la comunidad de HIVE SUCRE por acá @eudarcabello y esta vez presentarle esta Discusión sobre la nueva Ley de Pesca y Acuicultura en Cumaná junto a la institución de la gobernación donde trabajo, la Fundación para la Investigación y Desarrollo de la Acuicultura en el Estado Sucre (FIDAES), esta actividad se realizó el viernes 04 de agosto del 2023 en la Lonja Pesquera de la ciudad de Cumaná. Para esta discusión estuvieron figuras importantes de la política junto con los pescadores y gente estudiadas a este tema.

Hello people of the community of HIVE SUCRE here @eudarcabello and this time present this discussion on the new Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture in Cumana with the institution of the government where I work, the Foundation for Research and Development of Aquaculture in the State of Sucre (FIDAES), this activity was held on Friday August 4, 2023 in the Fish Market in the city of Cumana. For this discussion, important political figures were present along with fishermen and people who have studied this topic.

En la institución que trabajo se nos dijo de esta actividad y como representantes de la Acuicultura en el estado debiamos estar, ese día se realizó una actividad homenajeando a la profesora de canto María Ruíz y de verdad intenté y queria ir, esta vez el trabajo no lo permitió y espero para la próxima si pueda estar, así poder disfrutar de lo que seguro en vivo debió ser el homenaje mas lindo de un ser tan maravilloso y especial como sin dudas fué la profesora @mariajruizb que posiblemente conozcan ya que también es muy querida en hive, he visto posts muy lindos también por allí y los invito que los visiten, los que no la conocieron en persona seguro veran el impacto positivo que genera en todos los que tuvimos ese privilegio.

In the institution where I work we were told of this activity and as representatives of Aquaculture in the state we had to be there, that day there was an activity honoring the singing teacher Maria Ruiz and I really tried and wanted to go, this time work did not allow it and I hope for the next one if I can be there, so I can enjoy what surely must have been the most beautiful live tribute to such a wonderful and special being as undoubtedly was the teacher @mariajruizb that you may know because it is also very dear in hive, I have seen very nice posts also there and I invite you to visit them, those who did not know her in person will surely see the positive impact it generates in all who had the privilege.

No me pareció buena idea que el video tuviera tantas intervenciones como las que en realidad fueron, ya que se solian repetir cosas y seguro ya se imaginan lo que se vivió desde parte de la mañana hasta la tarde, capaz por admiración a lo profesional del que fué mi profesor de pre grado Angel Fariñas y siento que en verdad a pesar de ser de los primeros que intervino se resume la preocupación, necesidad de los pescadores y también investigadores como lo es su caso a las problematicas actuales y lo que esta ley pueda solucionar o siga sin abarcar.

I did not think it was a good idea for the video to have as many interventions as there actually were, since things used to be repeated and surely you can imagine what was experienced from part of the morning until the afternoon, maybe out of admiration for the professionalism of my undergraduate professor Angel Fariñas and I feel that in truth, despite being one of the first to intervene, the concern and need of fishermen and researchers, as is your case, to the current problems and what this law can solve or still does not cover, is summarized.

Seguro en el video no se aprecia realmente la cantidad de pescadores que son del estado Sucre y debieron estar presente, señalan que existió problemas para comunicar e incluso la mayoria de los presentes acepto ni haber podido leer la nueva Ley de Pesca y Acuicultura, se les invitó a conseguirla y los aportes de les exprese al correo electrónico Leydepescaconsulta@gmail.com y asi poder solucionar la mayor cantidad de problemas posible que tiene esta actividad económica.

Surely the video does not really show the number of fishermen who are from the state of Sucre and should have been present, they point out that there were problems to communicate and even most of those present did not even agree to have been able to read the new Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture, they were invited to get it and the contributions of express them to the email Leydepescaconsulta@gmail.com and thus be able to solve as many problems as possible that has this economic activity.

Ya tengo unos cuantos meses en esta institución y busco fortalecer mis conocimientos con la Acuicultura, busco que mis jefes se interese en Hive, supongo que poco a poco se avanza así sea un poco. Saben de el trabajo que realiza IMATUR que también es institución de gobernación. Espero seguir mostrando como se avanza por acá en la culturizacion a los sucrenses que estan alejado de esta area y si es posible se enamoren de nuestras especies marinas, interesados en la biología puedan ir formándose y aprender más para el futuro, los que no, de seguro servirá por lo menos para buena información de cultura general.

I already have a few months in this institution and I am looking to strengthen my knowledge with Aquaculture, I am looking for my bosses to be interested in Hive, I suppose that little by little we advance even if it is a little. They know about the work that IMATUR does, which is also a government institution.
